Shipping Policy

We’re a small studio, and every order is packed with care before it heads your way. At this time, we ship within Canada only, with free domestic shipping on orders over $15.

Most orders are sent using Canada Post Lettermail. If an item is larger, needs to be packed in a box, or isn’t suitable for Lettermail, we may send it by courier instead.

• Estimated delivery time is 3–9 business days within Canada.

• Orders are usually prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days of being placed.

• Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

• Shipping may take a little longer during holidays and busy shopping periods.

• If something is temporarily out of stock, your order may take an extra day or two while we restock.

• Totes can occasionally take a little longer, as we don’t always have the full range on hand.

• If a tracking number is available, usually for courier shipments, we’ll email it to you as soon as your order is fulfilled. Standard Lettermail orders do not include tracking.

We’re currently looking into shipping options for the United States and can’t wait to share more once U.S. shipping becomes available.

Returns Policy
